APPOINTMENT

During your appointment, feel free to request a pillow, weighted blanket, sunglasses, or noise-canceling headphones. We also offer warm-scented towels for patients to use after their appointments. Our beverage area comes stocked with coffee and bottled water for patients to drink while waiting in the lobby. If there is anything else we can do to make your visit more enjoyable, please let us know.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Getting ready for your first visit

Complete all patient paperwork prior to arriving.
We will take new x-rays at your first appointment, although if you contact your most recent dentist, they could have your most recent x-rays transferred to our office.
Bring your night guard (if you wear one).
Bring insurance information (if applicable).
